Terms of Service

These terms govern each school's use of Alumni Connect, operated by HAAE Consulting Pty Ltd. A signed Master Services Agreement with the school supersedes this page where they differ.

Licence

A paid annual licence grants the school a non-exclusive right to use Alumni Connect for the term. Licence fees are billed annually in advance.

Acceptable use

Schools are responsible for ensuring their use of Alumni Connect — including the communications they send and the data they import — complies with Australian law, including the Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Availability & SLAs

We target 99.5% monthly availability measured at the public portal URL. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from availability calculations.

Data ownership

Each school retains ownership of the personal information imported into its tenant. Alumni Connect stores the data and processes it strictly to operate the service. Portable CSV exports are available on request.
